New! In addition to the many food protection classes being offered, Berger Food Safety Consulting is happy to now provide the choke/save classes for our clients as well! This class will cover current choke/save techniques for yourself and others. This 1-hour certification course meets the current Massachusetts regulation:
105 CMR 590.009(E): “Anti-Choking Procedures on food services establishments with 25 or more seats must have an employee trained in anti-choke procedures at all times the establishment is open.”
Certification card will be issued upon completion of the course.
