Managers Food Safety Classes Online
An Online Food Protection Class makes sense for many people. Taking a day or two off from work to attend a live food safety class just isn't possible or convenient. If you have access to a good internet connection you can now take the mangers food protection training online, 24/7. Please be aware these courses are the training only and that you must pass an exam approved by your jurisdiction to become certified, the cost of the exam is not included with the online course fee and even though there are online exams you can take they must be taken in the prescence of a registered proctor ( I guess to protect against cheating).
These online food safety classes prepare you for that exam. The two exams we offer that are equally accepted and ANSI approved are the ServSafe exam and the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals ( NRFSP) exam.
Managers Food Protection Certification Class:
We offer the 2 best online classes available today: The ServSafe and the Training Achievement Program online classes. The choice is mostly a matter of style as both are accepted widely so please try the demo of each to help decide. The Training Achievement Program (TAP) is rated as "Highly Recommended" by the National Environmental Health Association ( NEHA) and offers a pass warranty.

The Training Achievement Program offers a condensed class that is perfect for those who need to be re-certified. It covers all the relevant changes since the last time you were certified. ServSafe does not offer the condensed version.

Most states, counties and cities approve the online training courses we offer, a few require live classroom training. Check the Jurisdiction approvals for each class above, and it is a good idea to check with your local health department to be sure you are in compliance.
Please be aware that you must take and pass an exam approved by your jurisdiction to become officially certified.
To register for one of our written exams use the "register now" button below, find the the date and location convenient for you and choose the option: "test only, no class, lunch, or book" this will register you for a written exam. The cost is $100 and the exam starts 2 hours prior to the end of class (for most classes that means 3 pm)
To register for an online exam (instant results) in our office use the Register Now button below. After registering you will have to call the office to schedule the exact time of the exam. The cost is $100 for this service.
The two exams we offer that are equally accepted nationwide and are both ANSI approved are the ServSafe exam and the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals ( NRFSP) exam. The ServSafe exams are available at our live seminars or online in our Boston Office. The NRFSP exam is available at over 1,000 testing center locations nationwide. You can choose between the online or paper exam formats. Results from the online exams are available immediately and the paper exam results are available in two weeks.
We also offer a conventional classroom version of the class that is approved for most jurisdictions and a home study version that most jurisdictions approve.
