Berger Food Safety Consulting (BFSC,

weekends, holidays, and evening hours. And we'll conduct the training and
certification at the location of your choice.

Berger Food Safety Consulting can tailor the training to
address any sanitation issues or concerns that affect the food safety of your facility.

Every food service establishment is required to have at least one
full time employee certified in a food safety course. The ServSafe¨ Certification course fulfills the requirements in Massachusetts and in
most other states nation wide.
