You must score a 75% or higher to become certified in food safety. This certification will satisfy all health department requirements in Massachusetts, New England and across the country. There are a few exceptions so check with your local health department.
If you register for a one day course, we will ship the ServSafe textbook in advance. You must allow time to read the book if you want to pass the class. If you register for a 2 day course, you will receive the ServSafe textbook on the first day of class. Each class listed in the links below can accept students for their original certification, renewing their expired certification or for repeating the test if they failed the previous time (BFSC students and clients only).
