Berger Food Safety Consulting (BFSC, Inc.) was founded and is currently owned and operated by Lisa Berger. The mission of BFSC, Inc. is to provide consulting and training on all food safety issues to help the retail food service industry serve the safest, highest quality food possible. We are a small company that can handle large or small projects with personal service and consistent reporting.
